Presidents Community Scholars


Overview

As one of the University of Oklahoma’s premier student organizations, President’s Community Scholars (PCS) recognizes and empowers the top 3% of incoming students. After being selected as a freshman, I joined the upperclassmen leadership team as Chair of Marketing. I led a five-person team to refresh PCS’s brand identity, create compelling content and align the organization with OU’s “There’s Only One” campaign.

Under my leadership, we reignited PCS’s presence on OU Giving Day, successfully boosting donations to fund scholarships for first-year students and the study abroad program in Arezzo, Italy. PCS strengthened its mission of cultivating community and leadership among OU’s best and brightest by crafting a cohesive marketing strategy and elevating the organization's visibility.

  • President’s Community Scholars needed a refreshed brand identity to align with OU’s “There’s Only One” campaign while revitalizing its presence and fundraising efforts on Giving Day.

  • A strong brand identity and compelling storytelling could reignite pride and engagement among alumni and donors, helping secure the resources needed to support scholarships and unique programs like the study abroad experience in Italy.

  • I led a five-person marketing team to refresh the organization’s identity, create engaging social media content and design materials for special publications. On Giving Day, we successfully boosted donations, ensuring PCS could continue empowering future leaders and providing life-changing opportunities for its members.
